The Throw
Layers of washed organic-cotton gauze — airy 4-layer or extra-cozy 6-layer — quilted with our signature wave and bound by hand. The lived-in crinkle is there from day one, and it only gets softer.
The softest thing on your sofa shouldn't be polyester. Billow is washed organic-cotton muslin and natural-fill comfort — breathable, better with every wash, and nothing synthetic against your skin.
Most "luxury" blankets are plastic in disguise — minky, faux fur, and fluffy comforters are polyester, spun from petroleum. It feels soft in the store. Then it sheds microfibers into your wash, your air, and your home. We make the version the way it should be made — cotton the way it grew, filled with fibers you could name at a farmers market.
Washed organic-cotton muslin — an open gauze weave that softens every time you wash it. GOTS-certified cotton, tested to OEKO-TEX standards. It breathes, so you sleep cool instead of clammy.
Kapok and organic cotton — a naturally airy seed fiber, lighter than down and fully plant-based. No "down alternative" microfiber, which is polyester wearing a nicer name.
No polyester. No rayon. No microplastics. If we can't make a piece without synthetics, we don't make it.

The same muslin, with air inside it. Washed cotton gauze on both faces around a kapok and organic-cotton loft — the plant fiber that rises like down. It's the throw you already love, grown into something you can sleep under all year.
Every Billow is quilted in gentle parallel waves — never a straight grid — with a small embroidered wisp at one corner. It's how you'll know one across a room, and how the layers stay put through a thousand washes.

| Against your skin | Traps heat and moisture — sleeps hot | Breathable weave — cool in summer, cozy in winter |
| Over the years | Mats, pills, and lands in a landfill intact | Heirloom cotton that wears in, not out |
